Услови за користење

1. Вовед и прифаќање на условите

Овие Услови за користење (во понатамошниот текст: „Услови“) ги регулираат правилата за користење на веб-страницата lexteam.mk ↗ (во понатамошниот текст: „Веб-страница“), управувана од адвокатскиот тим LexTeam (во понатамошниот текст: „LexTeam“ или „ние“).

Со пристапување и користење на Веб-страницата, Вие како корисник се согласувате со овие Услови, како и со нашата Политика за приватност. Доколку не се согласувате со овие Услови, Ве молиме да не ја користите Веб-страницата.

LexTeam не презема одговорност за штета или последици кои може да настанат како резултат на користењето или толкувањето на содржините објавени на Веб-страницата.

3.2. Однос адвокат-клиент

Прегледувањето на Веб-страницата или испраќањето порака преку формуларот за контакт не воспоставува однос адвокат-клиент (полномошнички или договорен однос) помеѓу Вас и LexTeam или кој било од адвокатите во тимот.
Однос адвокат-клиент се воспоставува исклучиво по заеднички договор и потпишување на полномошно или договор за адвокатски услуги.
Ве молиме преку формуларот да не испраќате доверливи детали за Вашиот случај.

4. Интелектуална сопственост и авторски права

Името и логото LexTeam, како и текстовите, фотографиите, графичките елементи, дизајнот и кодот на Веб-страницата, се заштитени со прописите за авторско право и интелектуална сопственост на РС Македонија.
Написите од медиуми кои се објавени на Веб-страницата остануваат сопственост на медиумите што ги објавиле и се објавени со наведување на изворот.
Забрането е умножување, копирање, дистрибуирање, пренесување или користење на содржината за комерцијални цели без претходна писмена согласност од LexTeam, односно од носителот на правата.
Корисниците можат да ги прегледуваат содржините само за лична и некомерцијална употреба.

5. Однесување на корисникот и забранета употреба

Корисниците се обврзуваат дека нема да ја користат Веб-страницата за:

прекршување на законите, прописите или овие Услови;
испраќање злонамерна или навредлива содржина преку формуларот за контакт;
обиди за неовластен пристап до Веб-страницата, серверите или системите поврзани со неа;
каков било вид хакерски активности или дистрибуција на вируси.

LexTeam го задржува правото да го ограничи или прекине пристапот на корисник кој ги прекршува овие Услови.

6. Линкови кон други веб-страници

Веб-страницата содржи линкови кон веб-страници и услуги на трети страни (на пр. медиуми, социјални мрежи, Google Maps). LexTeam не сноси одговорност за содржината или политиките за приватност на тие надворешни веб-страници.

7. Измена на условите

LexTeam го задржува правото да ги измени овие Услови во секое време. Изменетите Услови стапуваат на сила со нивното објавување на Веб-страницата. Препорачуваме периодично да ги прегледувате Условите.

8. Меродавно право и надлежност

За овие Услови се применува правото на Република Северна Македонија. За сите спорови кои би можеле да произлезат од овие Услови и од користењето на Веб-страницата, надлежен е стварно надлежниот суд во Скопје.

An attorney-client relationship is established exclusively by mutual agreement and the signing of a power of attorney or a legal services agreement.
Please do not send confidential details of your case through the form.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

The LexTeam name and logo, as well as the texts, photographs, graphic elements, design and code of the Website, are protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Media articles republished on the Website remain the property of the outlets that published them and are credited to their source.
Any reproduction, copying, distribution, transmission or use of the content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of LexTeam or of the rights holder is prohibited.
Users may view the content solely for personal and non-commercial use.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

Users undertake not to use the Website for:

violating laws, regulations or these Terms;
sending malicious or offensive content through the contact form;

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. For all disputes that may arise from these Terms and the use of the Website, the court of competent subject-matter jurisdiction in Skopje shall have jurisdiction.

Këto Kushte të përdorimit (në tekstin e mëtejmë: "Kushtet") rregullojnë përdorimin e faqes së internetit lexteam.mk ↗ (në tekstin e mëtejmë: "Faqja"), e cila administrohet nga ekipi i avokatëve LexTeam (në tekstin e mëtejmë: "LexTeam" ose "ne").

3.1. Informacioni nuk është këshillë juridike

Informacioni i publikuar në Faqe (përfshirë artikujt, lajmet, publikimet e mediave dhe përmbajtjet e tjera) ka karakter të përgjithshëm informues dhe synon vetëm informimin e publikut.
Ky informacion nuk përbën këshillë juridike, mendim juridik ose shërbim profesional avokatie.
Çdo përdorim ose mbështetje në informacionin e Faqes pa konsultim paraprak me avokat bëhet me rrezikun e vetë përdoruesit.
LexTeam nuk mban përgjegjësi për dëme ose pasoja që mund të lindin nga përdorimi ose interpretimi i përmbajtjeve të publikuara në Faqe.

3.2. Marrëdhënia avokat-klient

Shfletimi i Faqes ose dërgimi i një mesazhi përmes formularit të kontaktit nuk krijon marrëdhënie avokat-klient (me autorizim ose me kontratë) midis jush dhe LexTeam ose cilitdo avokat të ekipit.
Marrëdhënia avokat-klient krijohet vetëm me marrëveshje të ndërsjellë dhe me nënshkrimin e autorizimit ose të kontratës për shërbime avokatore.
Ju lutemi të mos dërgoni detaje konfidenciale të rastit tuaj përmes formularit.

4. Pronësia intelektuale dhe të drejtat e autorit

Emri dhe logoja LexTeam, si dhe tekstet, fotografitë, elementet grafike, dizajni dhe kodi i Faqes, mbrohen nga ligjet për të drejtat e autorit dhe pronësinë intelektuale të Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut.
Artikujt e mediave të ripublikuar në Faqe mbeten pronë e mediave që i kanë publikuar dhe shoqërohen me burimin e tyre.
Ndalohet riprodhimi, kopjimi, shpërndarja, transmetimi ose përdorimi i përmbajtjes për qëllime komerciale pa pëlqimin paraprak me shkrim të LexTeam, përkatësisht të mbajtësit të të drejtave.
Përdoruesit mund t'i shikojnë përmbajtjet vetëm për përdorim personal dhe jokomercial.

5. Sjellja e përdoruesit dhe përdorimi i ndaluar

Përdoruesit marrin përsipër të mos e përdorin Faqen për:

shkeljen e ligjeve, rregulloreve ose të këtyre Kushteve;
dërgimin e përmbajtjes keqdashëse ose fyese përmes formularit të kontaktit;
përpjekje për qasje të paautorizuar në Faqe, në serverët ose sistemet e lidhura me të;
çfarëdo lloj aktiviteti hakerimi ose shpërndarjeje virusesh.

LexTeam rezervon të drejtën të kufizojë ose të ndërpresë qasjen e përdoruesit që i shkel këto Kushte.

6. Lidhjet drejt faqeve të tjera

Faqja përmban lidhje drejt faqeve dhe shërbimeve të palëve të treta (p.sh. media, rrjete sociale, Google Maps). LexTeam nuk mban përgjegjësi për përmbajtjen ose politikat e privatësisë së atyre faqeve të jashtme.

7. Ndryshimi i kushteve

LexTeam rezervon të drejtën t'i ndryshojë këto Kushte në çdo kohë. Kushtet e ndryshuara hyjnë në fuqi me publikimin e tyre në Faqe. Ju rekomandojmë t'i rishikoni Kushtet periodikisht.

8. E drejta e zbatueshme dhe juridiksioni

Për këto Kushte zbatohet e drejta e Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut. Për të gjitha mosmarrëveshjet që mund të lindin nga këto Kushte dhe nga përdorimi i Faqes, kompetente është gjykata me kompetencë lëndore në Shkup.
